After enduring multiple internships whilst simultaneously studying a degree in Music Industry Management, Lulu Davis decided that there was a gap in the market for Artist Development for up and coming rock and metal bands.

From interning since the age of 16 at the likes of Spinefarm Records (Universal), The Noise Cartel, Century Media Records in Los Angeles, and Live Nation, as well as helping with press co-ordination at Download Festival and Sonisphere in 2011, all of these collaboratively inspired her work at Incendia. She also worked at Mascot Label Group for a brief period, before returning to carry on her work for Incendia Music.

Lulu studied at The BRIT School. She has now graduated with a degree in Music Industry Management from The University of Hertfordshire. Since 2011, Incendia has flourished into a business accommodating emerging bands in a competitive industry. Incendia now has a team of 3 people working tirelessly to promote the successful careers of various bands.

Lulu has recently been long-listed in Music Week’s 30 Under 30, being acknowledged as ‘The best of the rest’ who applied, and was a panelist at Global Rock Summit 2016 in Los Angeles. She is a featured judge at the brand new 2017 Heavy Music Awards, was spotlighted as a #FemaleBoss on CV Library, and recently spoke in the Heavy Chats at 2017’s edition of Buma Rocks in the Netherlands.
